In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, UK customers can return or exchange to us for free within 14 days from your date of purchase by filling in the returns document inside your parcel. Own The Look offers free returns for UK customers, however please note the cost of your original shipping will not be refunded. If you are outside the EU, please return within 21 days from date of purchase. Please note for all international customers, return costs are the customers responsibility. Sale items, earrings, intimates, swimwear and sunglasses are non-refundable and items can only be exchanged for an alternative size.

  • Own The Look operates a free 14 day tracked return policy for UK customers from the date of purchase shown on your receipt (including bank holidays and weekends). If returns aren't received within 14 days from the date of your order, the customer will be notified and the product will be forwarded back to the original delivery address. This is for all UK, EU and International customers. 
  • If you are outside the EU, your item needs to be returned within 21 days from your date of purchase. Return costs are the customers responsibility. 
  • If you are unhappy with your item, please clearly fill in the returns document inside your parcel and include a copy of this when sending your return. Please clearly state your order reference and detail the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason why or size you wish to return for.   • Returns are only valid if the item is returned in an unworn and unused condition with all original packaging and swing tickets attached.
  • An item can only be exchanged for an alternative size. Please clearly state the new size you require on the returns document included within your parcel. If the new size requested is sold out, a refund will be issued. If you wish to exchange your item for a new product entirely, please request a refund on your original order and place another order for your new items. 
  • If a return has exceeded the 14 day returns period and an exchange is offered at the companies discretion, the new selected items or credit on account are non-refundable for a cash amount. 
  • If there are any signs of wear, the item has been returned late or the swing ticket has been removed, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund and the item will be forwarded back to your original delivery address.
  • Please ensure to keep a recorded copy of your tracked return as we cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels. Claims for this are the customers responsibility. 
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days of us receiving the item. 
  • If your item is faulty upon delivery to you, this must be returned to us within 14 days of your purchase. If this item shows no signs of wear, we will endeavour to replace your item within 7 days or offer you a full refund. 
  • Original postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sale items, earrings, and intimates are non-refundable. Please note, all labelling is required for a refund on swimwear items. reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
